Overview
Thank you for choosing The Faith Made. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process and ship your order, how long it takes to arrive, and what happens if there are issues along the way. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Policy, which is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Where Your Order Ships From
The Faith Made Bibles are printed, bound, and shipped from our international fulfillment partner in China.
We chose this fulfillment partner because they specialize in the traditional printing and binding methods that allow us to produce a high-quality 88-book edition at an accessible price for our customers. Our books are personally designed by our founder and produced to our specifications.
We are actively working toward establishing direct U.S. fulfillment in the future, which will significantly reduce delivery times. We will update this Policy when that capability is available.
Shipping Timeframes
After your order is processed, standard shipping takes 7–14 business days to arrive at your delivery address. Combined with our 1–3 business day processing time, the total estimated delivery window is approximately 8–17 business days from the date your order is placed.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to those listed above.
Customs, Duties, and Import
Your order ships internationally to your address. For deliveries to the United States, most book shipments are processed through standard postal customs procedures without additional duties owed by the customer. However:

In some cases, customs may assess duties, taxes, or processing fees on incoming shipments. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Refusal to pay customs fees, resulting in the package being returned or destroyed, does not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping costs or a portion of the product price representing non-recoverable in-transit losses.

Customs inspection delays are outside our control and are not grounds for a shipping refund.
For international (non-U.S.) deliveries, all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, value-added taxes, and other charges imposed by destination-country authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can monitor your order's progress at any time using this tracking information.
Tracking updates may be delayed during international transit. It is common for tracking to show limited updates while the package is in transit between carriers (for example, between the originating carrier in China and the U.S. Postal Service or other domestic carrier). This does not mean your package is lost; tracking will typically update once the package reaches the destination country's postal network.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. Your final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase. We periodically offer free shipping promotions; check our website for current offers.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
The Faith Made is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, refused, or marked undeliverable due to an incorrect address:

We may, at our discretion, charge you for reshipment costs to a corrected address;

We may deduct reshipment costs and a handling fee from any refund;

We may cancel the order and refund only the product price, less any non-recoverable shipping and processing costs.
If you realize you entered an incorrect address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@thefaithmade.com. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Packages Marked as Delivered
If carrier tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

Check with neighbors and household members;

Look for the package near alternate entrances or with building management;

Contact your local postal service or carrier to inquire about the delivery.
If the carrier confirms the package was delivered to the address you provided, we consider the package delivered and are not responsible for replacement. Disputes regarding carrier-confirmed deliveries must be pursued directly with the carrier.
Packages Lost in Transit
If your tracking has not updated for more than 30 days and the carrier confirms the package as lost in transit, contact us at support@thefaithmade.com. We may, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund for confirmed lost packages, but we have no obligation to do so.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, photograph the damaged packaging and product immediately and contact us at support@thefaithmade.com within 7 days of delivery with the photos and your order number. Damaged item resolution follows the process described in our Refund & Return Policy.
Returns
Returns are processed through our U.S.-based 3PL warehouse in California, not the international shipping origin. For complete return instructions and the correct return address, please see our Refund & Return Policy at thefaithmade.com/policies/refund-policy.
Do not ship returns to the international fulfillment address or our Richmond, VA customer service address. Returns shipped to incorrect addresses may not be processed.
International Orders
We currently ship to many countries outside the United States. Estimated delivery times for international orders are shown at checkout and are typically longer than U.S. orders due to additional customs procedures and varying local postal regulations.
For international orders:

All customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times can range from 2 to 6 weeks depending on destination.

Some countries may restrict the import of religious materials. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the product can be lawfully imported into their country before ordering.

Refusal of delivery or refusal to pay customs fees does not entitle the customer to a full refund.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us at support@thefaithmade.com as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes or cancellations made before the order enters processing (typically within a few hours of placement).
Once an order has entered processing or shipped, changes and cancellations may not be possible. In such cases, you may follow our Refund & Return Policy after delivery.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. The most current version is always available at thefaithmade.com/policies/shipping-policy. Orders are shipped according to the policy in effect at the time of order placement.
