LEGAL NOTICES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Faith Made, operated by The Faith Made LLC
Effective Date: August 18, 2026
This page sets out the intellectual property rights, authorised supplier relationships, and anti-counterfeiting policies of The Faith Made. It is provided for the benefit of customers, retailers, marketplace operators, regulators, and the public. All rights described here are vigorously enforced.
1. Intellectual Property Rights
1.1 Copyright
The Faith Made Complete Ethiopian Bible (88-book edition), First Edition, is registered with the United States Copyright Office under Registration No. TX 9-583-245 (effective March 25, 2026). That registration covers the typesetting, layout, cover design, interior design, compilation, introductory materials, and other original elements of the published work. Three further applications are pending before the Copyright Office and remain under examination: the updated First Edition (Case No. 1-15201220551, filed July 6, 2026), the Second Edition (Case No. 1-15228008081, filed July 31, 2026), and the Second Edition, Revised (Case No. 1-15250790041, filed August 31, 2026). All rights are reserved, including common-law rights in the editions pending registration.
In addition to the registered work, we claim copyright in all original content displayed on or distributed through thefaithmade.com and our marketing channels, including product descriptions, marketing copy, advertising scripts, photographs, videos, illustrations, packaging designs, and email content. All such content is protected by United States and international copyright law.
1.2 Trademark
"The Faith Made", "FaithMade", and the Faith Made cross-and-book logo are trademarks of The Faith Made. A United States federal trademark application for "The Faith Made" (Serial No. 99813614) is pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and remains an active application under prosecution. In addition to the pending federal application, we claim common-law trademark rights based on continuous commercial use and will enforce those rights against unauthorised users.
Unauthorised use of our trademarks may constitute trademark infringement, false designation of origin, unfair competition, or trademark dilution under the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. section 1051 et seq., and under applicable state law.
1.3 Trade Dress
We claim trade-dress protection in the distinctive visual presentation of our products, including the gold-and-cream cover design with the embossed 88-books medallion, the arrangement, typography, and visual elements of the book interior, our packaging and presentation materials, and the look and feel of our website and marketing materials. These elements have acquired secondary meaning among consumers as identifiers of The Faith Made as the source of the product. Imitation of our trade dress in a manner likely to cause consumer confusion is actionable under federal and state law.
1.4 ISBN Registration
The Faith Made Complete Ethiopian Bible is published under ISBN 979-8-9969339-2-1 (First Edition) and ISBN 979-8-9969339-4-5 (Second Edition and Second Edition, Revised), both registered with Bowker, the official ISBN agency for the United States, together with ISBN 979-8-234-04454-9, which is also registered to The Faith Made for this title. Our companion titles are published under ISBN 979-8-9969339-1-4 (Ethiopian Bible Study Guide), 979-8-9969339-0-7 (Bible Study Guide & Devotional Journal), 979-8-9969339-3-8 (The Book of Enoch Study Guide), 979-8-234-10107-5 (The Book of Enoch: In English), 979-8-234-10108-2 (The Book of Jubilees: In English), and 979-8-234-10106-8 (The Book of Meqabyan: In English). ISBN 979-8-9969339-5-2 is reserved to The Faith Made and is not yet in use. The publisher prefix 979-8-9969339 is assigned exclusively to The Faith Made, and use of any of these ISBNs, or of that publisher prefix, in connection with any product not manufactured and distributed by The Faith Made constitutes a misrepresentation of source.
2. Authorised Supplier and Manufacturing Relationships
The Faith Made products are manufactured exclusively by our authorised printing partners under written Letters of Authorisation and manufacturing agreements. Those agreements include the following provisions.
* Exclusivity. Our partners produce The Faith Made products only at our direction and only to fulfil orders placed through us.
* Confidentiality. Our designs, files, and specifications are confidential and may not be shared with or used for the benefit of any other party.
* Non-diversion. Our partners may not sell, transfer, or otherwise distribute The Faith Made products to any third party, including other publishers, wholesalers, marketplace sellers, or resellers.
* No independent reproduction. Our partners may not produce copies beyond the quantities we authorise, and may not retain print-ready files for any purpose other than fulfilling our orders.
These agreements establish our exclusive rights to The Faith Made-branded products and our standing to take enforcement action against any party that manufactures, distributes, or sells counterfeit or unauthorised copies.
3. Anti-Counterfeit and Authentication Notice
We do not currently authorise any reseller, wholesaler, distributor, or third-party marketplace seller to sell The Faith Made products. Our products are sold by us through thefaithmade.com and through our own Amazon listings. Any product offered for sale by any other seller and claiming to be a Faith Made edition is either a counterfeit reproduction of our copyrighted, trademarked, and trade-dress-protected work, or an unauthorised resale in breach of our terms of sale and exclusive distribution rights.
Authentic Faith Made Bibles can be identified by one of our ISBNs printed on the copyright page (979-8-9969339-2-1 for the First Edition, 979-8-9969339-4-5 for the Second Edition and Second Edition, Revised, or 979-8-234-04454-9), by The Faith Made logo and trade dress on the cover and interior, and by inclusion of the complete 88-book canon as specified in our published table of contents.
If you believe you have encountered a counterfeit Faith Made product, report it to support@thefaithmade.com with as much detail as possible, including the source, listing URL, photographs, and any seller information. We investigate and act on all credible reports.
4. Marketplace and Reseller Policy
We do not authorise the sale of our products by any third-party retailer, marketplace seller, or reseller, and we have no authorised retail or wholesale partners. Any listing offering a "Faith Made", "The Faith Made", or visually similar 88-book Ethiopian Bible that is not operated by us is not authorised.
Unauthorised resellers, marketplace listings using our trademarks or trade dress, and counterfeit reproductions are subject to trademark and trade dress infringement claims under the Lanham Act, including statutory damages, attorneys' fees, and injunctive relief; copyright infringement claims under the Copyright Act, including statutory damages of up to $150,000 per work infringed for wilful infringement; marketplace takedown actions under the Amazon Brand Registry programme, eBay VeRO, and equivalent programmes; DMCA takedown notices issued to platform operators; and cease-and-desist actions and, where appropriate, civil litigation.
5. Permissions and Licensing Requests
Requests to use Faith Made content, trademarks, or trade dress for any purpose, including academic citation, journalistic coverage, ministry use, retail distribution, or commercial collaboration, must be submitted in writing to support@thefaithmade.com. Unauthorised use is not permitted regardless of the requester's stated purpose.
For routine non-commercial citation of our content, such as referencing our books in religious-studies coursework or sermons, short attributed quotations consistent with the doctrine of fair use under United States copyright law do not require prior permission. All other uses require written authorisation.
6. Press and Media Inquiries
Press, media, and editorial inquiries should be directed to support@thefaithmade.com. We respond to legitimate media inquiries promptly and can provide product samples for review under standard editorial-use terms.
7. DMCA Notice and Counter-Notice
If you believe that material available through our services infringes your copyright, submit a written DMCA notice in accordance with 17 U.S.C. section 512(c)(3) to support@thefaithmade.com. The required elements of a valid notice are set out in Section 13 of our Terms of Service. Counter-notifications and disputes regarding takedown actions should also be sent to support@thefaithmade.com.
8. Legal Correspondence
All legal notices, service of process, cease-and-desist letters, and similar legal correspondence should be sent to The Faith Made, Attn: Legal, 8401 Mayland Dr Ste S, #10169, Richmond, VA 23294, United States, or by email to support@thefaithmade.com.

9. Reservation of Rights
All rights not expressly granted in these Legal Notices, our Terms of Service, or our other published policies are expressly reserved. The absence of an explicit prohibition does not constitute permission. No course of dealing, course of performance, waiver, or estoppel arising from our conduct shall be construed to grant any right not expressly granted in writing by an authorised representative of The Faith Made.
Our failure or delay in enforcing any provision of these Legal Notices, our Terms of Service, or our intellectual property rights does not constitute a waiver of that provision or right in respect of any other person or any future violation.
